A curated autumn nature immersion in the Berkshires: October 16th - 18th, 2026

Hiking, Qi Gong & exceptional food during one of the most beautiful times of year in New England

I’ve been quietly creating something really special for this autumn and I’d love for you to experience it with me.

During the weekend of October 16th–18th, at the height of autumn in the Berkshires, I developed an intimate, curated nature-immersive journey centered around hiking, exceptional food, Qi Gong in nature and deep connection with the season.

My vision is to create a weekend filled with beautiful guided hikes, scenic overlooks, waterfalls, exceptional food experiences, and cozy firepit evenings, while staying in a charming, beautifully restored 1865 Victorian bed & breakfast surrounded by crisp October air and vibrant autumn color.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll pause for gentle Qi Gong in beautiful places out in nature.

The experience would include:

• a quaint and elegant Berkshire inn during peak autumn season
• chef-crafted breakfasts prepared each morning by our innkeeper using seasonal and local ingredients
• professionally guided gentle hikes through breathtaking Berkshire landscapes
• a scenic overlook summit hike on Sunday
• a beautiful 60-foot waterfall hike on Saturday
• gentle Qi Gong woven naturally into beautiful outdoor settings throughout the weekend
• exceptional food experiences
• cozy firepit evenings
• transportation for Saturday’s guided excursions
• a small intimate group experience designed to feel immersive, restorative and deeply connected to nature

This will be an active weekend centered around hiking, Qi Gong, fresh air and time spent outdoors. While not overly strenuous, it’s best suited for those who feel comfortable being active outdoors and on their feet for extended periods.

Instead of a traditional retreat centered in one location, this is intended to feel like a retreat without walls, one that moves through the landscape itself and allows the atmosphere and carefully chosen details to become part of the restoration.

At this point, I’m simply gathering interest and seeing who may want to hear more as the final details continue to come together.

The retreat is intentionally designed to stay small and intimate, with space for approximately 10–12 people.

If this feels like the kind of experience you’ve been craving, I’d love to hear from you. Even a quick reply or expression of interest would be incredibly helpful as I continue shaping the experience.
